Who prepares the return, and who signs it?
nineninety drafts; your firm decides. Every return is reviewed, revised, and signed by your firm's own CPAs — the platform cannot approve a return until every flagged judgment item is resolved by a named reviewer, and it never files anything itself.
Do we need to send client books for the demo?
No. Demo drafts are built entirely from your client's public prior-year IRS filing — enter an EIN and we reconstruct it. Demos are watermarked "not for filing" and shared only with your firm.
What happens to our client data in a real engagement?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per firm, processed and stored on US servers only, and used solely for your engagement. 990 work requires no Social Security numbers, and donor lists are never needed or retained outside the lawful public-record exception for private foundations.
How do we know the drafts are any good?
Every drafted number carries a link to its source, so your reviewer can verify any line in seconds — and nothing reaches "approved" until your firm's own CPA has resolved every flagged judgment item. Your professionals grade the work on every single return; we're built to make that fast.
Does it work with our tax software?
Drafts are built to export to CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, and UltraTax CS through each vendor's documented import formats — your firm reviews and files in the software it already uses. Anything an import can't carry arrives as a screen-ordered entry checklist.
When can we start?
We're onboarding pilot firms for the November 15 extension season now. Request a demo draft above to join the queue — we'll reach out as slots open.
